You should consult a vet and show him its eye condition. There are lots of chances in kittens to catch Herpes virus, which infects its eyes. It can continue through out life of your pet if not properly gets treatment in time. Its better if you get your pet vaccinated soon. Vaccination works well against this disease. This virus cannot live long in environment and best solution to kill it before attacking your pet is to keep the surface around it very clean
