It looks you had normal period and the possibility to be pregnant is very low. A few women have periods in their pregnancy. You should take blood pregnancy test as it is more accurate.

Yes you can I spotted when I got pregnant. Go to the doctor. To make sure your OK... Get protection for sure... If you don't want a baby at a young age...
