Should I Eat Before Exercising?
I have yoga at 8 in the morning, I wake up at like 7:45, should I eat before I go? After that I have kickboxing. What should I eat after?

Yes, you should eat before exercising. Something small, but you need your energy for exercising. It may not be too important for the yoga, but kickboxing, I would imagine that you are more active, and you need your blood sugar up to make it through the exercise.
I would recommend 1/2 to 1 banana right before exercising. That should be sufficient.

If you eat before exercising I would eat a lite meal with as much protein as possible to aid in muscle development. I would also make the meal about 45 minutes before if eating benodre other wise I would eat after word. But I still would have a protein drink 20 minutes before.

I don't think so. Just eat a very light meal. If you eat a heavy meal, you will all the time want to go to the toilet. So just eat a light and small meal.

I don't like to, it usually makes my tummy upset. Try eating about 30 minutes or so after the exercise session.
