It is a breed of a American dog which grow up in the Untied States of America. These are small dog in height and weight. They have erected ears, they have small tail. These dogs have square shape face. Their weight is usually varying from 10 to 25 lbs in the Boston terrier dogs. Their height is usually varied from 12 to 15 inches. These dogs always have two types of color in their skin usually combination of black and white or black and brown skin. It is also called Boston Bull. So their skin consists of different colors. It is also considered as the gentle, active and intelligent dogs. The Boston terrier is usually considered as the Fighting Dogs.

So these dogs are found in America in very large amount. These dogs are very active dogs and usually not called home dogs. They are used for the hunting purposes also and called the hunting dogs. These dogs have erected ears, big mouth and big eyes usually. In the year 1870 these dogs were originated. When a person who purchases a dog whose name was Boston which was the crossbred of English bull dog and bull terrier and from that time this dog is called Boston bull dog or Boston terrier.
