What Are Some Good Tips Foe Dieting That Really Helps?
I am 14 years old and i weight 146 pounds.I think that is unhealthy for my age and i want to lose weight and be healthy.So please give me some tips that actually work. Thank you

You should keep a journal of what you consume each day. Keep in mind that you should eat lots of veggies, a small amount of meat and legumes for protein and you should have dairy products and limit your breads and sugars. Because you are so young you need more calories to keep your body going so don't go too low. If you just cut back on your colas, and snacks you will probaly notice a decrease in your weight within a couple of weeks.

I don't think you should get too involved in your weight as your going through 'puppy fat' stage where every girl puts on weight and it falls off later on even if that seems to take forever! A good way to remain healthy and only eat what you need is to eat slow release energy foods such as porridge and peanut butter. Fruit is always good and keeps your skin nice, exercise like swimming is good for you. If your hungry and trying to diet, your body is telling you it needs the food for energy etc so don't ignore it and starve yourself cause you'll feel worse. Have fruit or a salad when your hungry.
