How Can I Start A Home For Seniors?
I am in Southern California, and I would like to start a home for seniors with meals, companionship, full use of a beautiful home, trips to shopping, beach, museums, parks, etc. I am planning on offering the home to only 4 or 5 residents. Can you tell me what steps I must take to start this business? -However, I would not like to offer on-site medical care. Can you also advise if there is a niche in the industry which I can fill?
