    There are many laws of product safety which builds up standards by which the product must be according to the specification and requirements. Product liability is a situation in which the drug companies and its operatives are responsible for any of the damage and injury caused to the patients by using their products. The product liability can cause huge damage if the product is not made according to the safety standards. There are many laws which protect against the product liability including the civil and criminal laws. The civil laws are concerned if any damaged is occurred to any patient and the person not in terms of personal death and injury the court according the civil law given the patient financial and monetary compensation.

    If the punishment is given according to the criminal laws then it can be imprisonment and fine. In addition in many countries the product differences and safety issues are vary according to the needs of the consumers of that country. In United States there are many laws filed against each companies every day. So product safety stands and the product liability laws are different in the country depending on their circumstances and the needs of the people of that country.
