Can You Be On The Mortgage But Not On The Note?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Not sure what you mean.  The mortgage is a security instrument pledging the house if the note is not paid.  Did you mean can you be on title (one of the owners of the home) but not on the note?  Also, what state are you talking about?
