My Cat Has Deathly Odor From Surgery Site That Did Not Heal?

She has either an infection, or gangrene. You need to take her back to the vet urgently.

That is a very serious infection. Do not try to treat it at home, take your pet to the vet and get it treated. The only thing you can possibly do for your pet is to put triple antibiotic ointment on the area. Do not try to use peroxide or any human bacterial treatments on your pet because it could cause a reaction.
