St. Paul is the capitol of Minnesota, Minneapolis is the ajoining city seperated by the river (Mississippi) some folks do get confused as Minneapolis is a larger more cosmopoliton city and St.Paul is a little more down home feeling shuting down at 9:00 P.M. Just kidding it is getting a little bit more of a night life and ammenities that would be attractive for a tourist or visitors from other areas.
