    Anything pertaining to biology is biologic in nature. Biology is a scientific term. It is the study of living organisms. The characteristics and behaviour of organisms, their existence and evolution as well as their effect all together constitutes biology. Thus it is the science of life. Whenever there is anything related to biology and its terms then it is said to be biologic.

    Biology has different branches of study. Botany and zoology are the two main categories. Ecology, genetics, biochemistry, microbiology, physiology, morphology etc are also various branches of biology. A drug or medicine made of out of biological substances is also known as biologic.
