first u get a 2letter pop bottle.then u cut out some wings from stier fome.or paper.and tape them on ther .never cut the pop bottle or all the presher coming from the air pomp u will need.will come out and the rocket will not shoot off.and thatz it.

A bottle rocket is a 2-liter bottle which contains compressed air and water. It can be released in an upward direction. Many concepts of science such as motion, forces, energy and flight can be learnt through the example of a bottle rocket. To make a bottle rocket you would need materials such as two 2-liter bottles, one small plastic cone, duct tape, scissors, string, manila folder, large plastic trash bag, masking tape and hole punch.
First cut the top and bottom of a bottle so that it resembles a hollow cylinder. Then use the tape and connect it to another bottle so that it is on top of one another. Then make fins with the help of the manila folder. The fins would be shaped as a triangle. Then straight lines should be marked on the bottle which can be done by placing the bottle at a right angle. Then trace a line on the bottle with the assistance of a marker. These lines would direct you to connect the fins on the bottles. Three fins should be made and attached to the rocket. Then prepare the nose cone of the rocket and attach it with a twine to the top of the other two-litre bottles. Now the rocket is ready. You just have to make the parachute fill it with water and then it would be ready for use.
