How Do I Visit With My Kids Without Problems, They Live With There Dad?

Answer Question

If you wish you may go to court and make some changes with the way they are set up if you are having a problem, with dad being around, you can have unsupervised or supervised and the supervision does not have to be done by him if you go to family court and stipulate what you want and how you wish it to be and with supervision you should be allowed to take your children to a park, out to eat, a day at a amusement park, shopping etc. You decide what and how your time with your children will be spent now that is under normal circumstances,I don't know the reason for dad having the children but these are some suggestions if you are not pleased visiting with him looking down your throat....the best to you...

I would think that you could take them out to do something with them. Does he have to be there? Just make sure that when you are there, talk only with the kids. That is the best thing to happen. Hope this helps.

Maybe you need to consider supervised visits
