What If The Repo Company Wrecks The Vehicle?
My truck was reported in great condition, when i went to the repo company to get it back the entire driver side was wrecked. What are my rights in Texas so they don't get away with this. Should i get a lawyer, go thru my insurance, should the lien holder get involved.

I would say yes to all of the above questions! At the same time, I would be soooooo maaaaaad! By all means get the lawyer, and ask him about bringing the lien holder into this, then sue the pants off of them! Hope this helps, good luck.
