Don't think this question could be answered without the aid of a crystal ball. Now, though, the answer is academic.

Some questions have a right or wrong answer. Others are less clearcut, with shades of grey appearing on the horizon. Yet others invite the respondent to express an opinion as much as come up with a hard and fast answer.

This type of question is a request for a prediction or forecast. In these circumstances, any answer provided ahead of time could be no more than educated guesswork and based on nothing more scientific than instinct and probability.
