First to try to Enter a valid Email ID when you are creating MySpace ID during that time you also will be prompted and there option to enter alternate Email ID so enter ID there. And then after completing MySpace registration a confirmation mail will be sent to you on your alternate ID which had enter during Registration.
Finally check your Email ID and then there will be a link to click on that to confirm your MySpace ID. And finally enjoy and make friends...
