How Do You Get Cholesterol Out Of Corn Beef Brisket?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Corned Beef Brisket is an Irish recipe. It is a traditional dish that is served for dinner on Easter Sunday in rural Ireland. But many Irish people also feel that Corned Beef Brisket is served only to the kings. This dish is also eaten on St Patrick's Day, the principal feast day in Ireland. But today this dish is famous all over Europe particularly in United States. It is a very tasty delicacy but is very high on fats and cholesterol.

One can remove some part of the fat by slicing it off or by skimming it slowly. It can also be trimmed to a certain extent. But it is not possible to get rid of fat from meat entirely. Thus it would remain high on cholesterol but by the above mentioned methods. Moreover the harm can also be reduced by correct and alternate cooking methods which don't use oil and baking.
