There are specific type of visa's for foreigners who wish to enter U.S, depending on the type of their visit. According to the above information, you would need a temporary Non-immigrant visit visa. You would need to go to your local US embassy or consulate to get the application forms. Fill in the application forms, attach documents such as your current and valid passport, a passport type photograph, application fees, evidence of funds for coverage of travel and stay expenses and a sponsorship letter from your Fiance.
