An excellent source of B12 is in bananas. If you have a deficiency in B12, avoid alcohol. There is also vitamin supplements you can take. B12 helps convert fat into muscle and many people use it to bulk up without gaining the fat. You may gain some fat with bananas but with proper excersice, will quickly become muscle tissue. Avoid alcohol, as this causes a B12 deficiency. Oh ya, I already said that
