What Are Your Thoughts On Immigration In The US?

I'm fine with it,as long as they follow the protocol in whats asked of them if they are wanting to become naturalized.Also,a more through background check and maybe some sort of work history if applicable.And yes,if they can't speak english,they should be required to learn it.

I have no problem with people immigrating to the US. But they need to contribute and not be a drain on the resources here. And yes, they need to learn English if they don't already know it.

Fine if they come over here properly and become citizens.... And contribute to the economy instead of feeding off us. I don't like those who come over here and have anchor babies, and especially not those not willing to speak English sorry.

I wonder why everyone is so adamant about making immigrants learn English.  we don't have an official national language, and according to the census reports, soon the majority of Americans will be hispanic.  how would you like it then, if the majority decided we should all speak Spanish?  I, for one, would be screwed.

There were some papers signed recently that in effect I guess open up the borders to the U.S. From Canada and Mexico. I don't know about it yet, but there is something being said about the U.S. Becoming the first super country. I am baffled here. I don't mind immigrants, as long as they speak ENGLISH!!!!!! Sorry, had to say that.

Well I think they are just tryna better there selves that's why they came here.
