To have a healthy weight loss, you need to eat a balanced diet. But if you are asking which vegetables to eat that are best for you to loose weight, the answer would be the green leafy ones...preferably raw. Celery is actually the best of all. Watermelon is the best of the fruits to help you loose weight. Keep in mind, please, that an over abundance of any one food and a severe shortage of others can really mess up you system. The absolute healthiest way to loose weight is to cut your in-take of food. If you reduce your normal food intake by 1/2, you will loose quickly and be much more healthy. If you add exercise to your daily routine, it will come off that much quicker. It truly is not necessary to eliminate any food if you are conscious of how much of it you eat. If you normally eat a doughnut every morning - break it in 1/2 and either give away the other half, throw it away or save it until the next day. If you go out to eat a hamburger for lunch, cut it in 1/2 and throw or give away the other 1/2. If you want chips with the burger eat 12 and no more. You get the idea. You do not have to deprive yourself of anything if you control what goes in your mouth as far as quantity goes. In that way you do not crave something and ruin your diet by eating a big bowl of ice cream because you haven't had any in a week. Instead of a bowl, you eat 1/2 cup of ice cream. You get the idea...you know how much you normally eat of any one food, just eat 1/2 that amount. Good Luck. This is something you can accomplish if you just think, 1/2 is all I can have! It takes some will power but now that you have made up your mind to take this step and you know the healthy way to do it without feeling as if you are depriving yourself, you can make this work for you.
