How Long Do Cats Stay Pregnant?
How long do cats stay pregnant?
Answers
It's generally about 10 weeks. When they are born, their eyes won't open, and they will stay with their mother feeding from her, for about 6 weeks, and then about that time you can start them on soft food for a few days, and then introduce the hard foods, which are better for their teeth. If you need more help, please don't be afraid to ask me o.k., just send me a shout. Hope this helps, good luck to you.

The normal gestation in felines is 54-74 days--this is timed from the first or last breeding. Cats can be bred by multiple males each heat cycle. Kittens in the same litter may have different fathers. The average gestational length is 63-67 days with a mean of 65 days.
Have an x-ray done of the cat to estimate the number of kittens so you can make sure there are no surprises when she has the litter.

A cat usually stays pregnant for around 2 months maybe a bit longer so keep her hydrated and give her more calcium than usual to help her in the delivery and feed her kitten food mixed in with her adult food that also might help with her delivery
