Even young people have saggy bellys so its not just over 50 that have a saggy belly. In fact I know several people who are over 50 that are in better shape then a lot of people in their 20s.
And to answer your question my mother has her navel pierced. And it looks just fine. She does not go around showing it off so its just those that know it it there. She got it to make herself feel good because she always wanted a piercing and she went for it.

Yes, I had a friend near 60, it was cute for someone younger, but I said nothing negative. She soon realized that she was too old for a navel piercing and I think she felt foolish. After spending money for a diamond earring for her navel and showing it off for a while I think she began to feel foolish. We all want to appear younger; I must admit some things are just for the very young. Getting older is not fun, but I am thankful to be alive. Take care.
