    I Misplaced My GED Certificate And I Can't Remember Where I Took The Test 10 Years Ago. What Do I Do?

    I took my GED test 10 years ago somewhere in Richmond California, I can not remember where. I've since lost the official document and am applying to colleges now. How can I track down where I took the test and obtain my official GED certificate in time to send with my other transcripts to these colleges? Can you help me?

    You should be able to contact the department of education in California as they maintain these records. At the least they may be able to steer you in the right direction.
