Answers
You know you've asked a loaded question, don't you? Joking aside, Uranus is made up of three layers. The core is mostly rocky, the mantle is an icy mass made up of water, ammonia and methane, and the outer layer is composed of an envelope of gaseous hydrogen and helium. Of course, this just a simplified, but basic explanation of the planet's make-up.
