What Is The Best Motiviation For Periodic Revision?

Ideally I would like to revise for weeks before an exam gradually building on my knowledge slowly. But I can never find the motivation to do it until the last minute when I have to do a load of last minute cramming which is fine for the exam the next day, but a few weeks down the line, the information has all gone. What should I do to get the motivation to revise long before an exam and then to keep doing this over a period of time, so I don't panic right before the exam?

The best thing which can motivate you for making the revisions time to time is the fear of getting failure and a desire to be successful. In this case you can get motivated for the periodic revisions. Just think that if you will not do the revisions then ultimately you will get low grades or there are the chances of your failure as well in this case. So at the time you'll start thinking in this way you'll automatically get a motivation for study and for making the periodic revisions of what you've studied.

Another thing which can provoke and compel you to study is the keen desire to be succeeded with the best grades. And to get some position you need to study. You can also make a personal challenge in your mind to compete the most intelligent students and class fellows in your class. And these things will help you in getting motivated for your periodic revisions. It is because you can't compete without making the proper periodic revisions. So this is the way to get motivated
