Will my cingular sim card work in my older but brand new condition AT&T cell phone? If so how do i get the restriction code its asking for?olease help??

It will work If AT&T has not locked it up to be used with any other network operator's SIM. If It is locked you can unlock it here by choosing your cell phone from the list and you will be provided unlock code against a fee.
