You need to first find out what kind of oil you're talking about, as the type of oil changes the weight per gallon. So once you know what type of oil you're dealing with, look up the weight of that type of oil per gallon. Usually this number will be expressed in metric measures.
Now since the actual weight of oil fluctuates based on type and temperature (and even if taken at one temperature, still fluctuates, as it is not a consistent density fluid), your final answer is only going to be as good as the numbers you can input.
Once you decide on the weight per gallon, the math is easy.
1000kg per Metric ton divided by the weight per gallon, gives you the gallons per metric ton, then multiply by 11.9...
Sorry, but I couldn't be more specific without knowing what type of oil you were talking about, and even if I did, the final number would have been based on my arbitrary choice of a median between minimum and maximum weight of oil of that type.
