    What you can do is while your running instead of focusing on moving your feet faster you should move your feet faster and try to stretch them out further to gain more distance

        First,run maybe 3km. You run at a certain pace until you stop breathing heavily(always start out slow)then increase your pace.Repeat the cycle, if you are tired..slow down your pace and run slowly, then continue.

        If you want, you can also run interval sets after finishing your long distance. But please do not push your self.
