    Most companies normally sign up their employee for medical insurance, if you have job and it depends on who you work for, but you can do it yourself. Start by contacting any insurance company, either online or directly to the the insurance company, they will sign you up and then send you all the paper work for you to read and if you agree with it, sign it and send it back for them to processing.
