I'd freeze it-put ice on it if it's too large to put in the freezer. Rub the ice on it until it get cold...Once cold rub or scrape it off. Good luck.

Apparently you have to put ice on the gum to freeze it, then get a knife and pick it off. Careful with the knife though (trust me i speak through experience)
