 You would need to seek legal counsel specializing in this area of law. It is my understanding that this is all part of the United Kingdom currently so I would assume that this is not an issue since the passport reflects this fact, much as living in the USA and being from Michigan makes you a resident of Michigan but does not mean you require a Michigan passport and if you move to Arizona then you need an Arizona passport. The US Passport covers the interstate or country issue in your instance.
