Working capital financing is categorized into two; Cash financing and running finance. Cash finance as suggested by the name is the finance obtained in cash by pledging some products, stocks that are returned only when the amount is returned in cash whereas running finance can be simply termed as overdraft facility that is to draw more money than it is in the person's account.
