How Early In Pregnancy (in Terms Of Days, Weeks Or Months) Do The Signs Of Pregnancy Start?

　　The earliest symptom is usually a missed period.  That typically happens just about 2 weeks (14 days) after conception.

　　Otherwise, it depends on the woman.

　　Many women SWEAR that they knew before their period was due (so less than 14 days after conception, less than 4 weeks pregnant).  They knew either from a physical symptom (like over-sensitive breasts) or a mood change, or sudden nausea.

　　But for most women, the physical symptoms don't kick in until roughly 6-7 weeks pregnant (4-5 weeks after conception).  That's about when the vomitting gets going (Nice....not!!).

　　Increased in vaginal discharge, heartburn, bloating, metallic taste in the mouth, weird food cravings or aversions.  Weird likings for odd smells or tastes.  Dizziness, nausea, fatigue -- these are all typical experiences of early pregnancy.

　　Since most of them are quite nasty, I wouldn't be wishing for them to come any time soon.  Just watch for a missed period.  That's the only truly important and definitive symptom.

Dats not all true my girlfriend has miss her period for almost 4 months and she doesnt have any of these signs,and on top of dat she has taken a pregancy test and it was negative.

That should have told both of you all that something else could be wrong with her.????
