Well firstly I would suggest to consult your doctor to get the correct information. However if you don't want to do that most physicians suggest a low fat diet as fatty foods tend to make the situation much worst. Aviod any foods that may iritate the gallstones more. Unfortunately woman can develop this problem whilst pregnant and depending on your case doctors can advise to have the removed if very serious. Or if not they will wait until your baby is born. Monitor very closely and make sure yourself and baby are not in any discomfort. Go to a doctor as soon as you have any abnormal signs.
