Is A Rental Agreement Valid If The Owner Turned Property Over To Mgmt Co.?

I have a month to month lease in California, one of the owners moved to Alaska, the other isn't interested in taking care of the property. They hired a property management company to take over collecting rent, making repairs etc. Is the rental agreement still valid because I no longer contact the owner, I contact the property management company.

Generally the property manager would be seen as the legal stead for the owners; legally he/she has been assigned to act on behalf of the owner.  So yes, your rental agreement is still in effect, and you should go through and communicate with your property manager just as you would the owner of the property.
