What Is The Difference (besides Brand Name) (DUH!) Between A Zune And An IPOD?
I have a request list, and this is one of the things on it... I don't know too much about these, so maybe a ' techie' out there does... Help! I don't wanna mess this one up! Thank you!!!

An Ipod is an mp3 player made by Apple, a Zune is an mp3 player made by Microsoft. Actually, some of them are more than an mp3 player. You can save pictures and videos on them to view as well. The Ipod was the first of its kind so everyone associates this type of device as an Ipod. The Zune is simply Microsofts version of an Ipod.

So, better or worse? I see it's a lil cheaper...(nothing is cheap- just cheaper)
Make sure you are comparing apples to apples. You want to make sure they have the same capacity (how many Gigabytes) and the same features. If they are the same, I would go with the cheaper of the 2. Both are good products.
I can not rightfully speak about the Zune because I have never owned one, but I have purchased many Apple products. Bottom line is that Apple products are nicely designed and well thought out. In a word they are "elegant." Microsoft products will do the same job but are more "clunky." The prices for the 80 Gig versions are the same. That being equal, I would choose iPod, in fact, I did. I just bought one for my wife's birthday and she loves it.
