Can Mother O Neg And Father A+ Have Child O Negative?

This couple can  have an o neg child  bUt ONLY IF the father is both Ao and +- in his genotype. This means that he has to be a heterozygote for both factors and so is a carrier for both o and neg. Groupings and they both get passed on ,along with mums 0 and neg, as both o and neg are recessive traits./    /It follows then that if this dad is pure breeding  both  for his A = AA    and also for his + = ++ that an o neg. Child cannot be. , as in this scenario ALL the kids would have to be Ao and +- and the A and + would dominate
