Make sure that the clutch fluid reservoir is full (small reservoir on the firewall) and the cap is on.

You remove the connector from the transmission housing under the truck - You can typically remove it by hand - push it in and turn it 90 degrees (counter clockwise if I remember right).

Then using your hand (wear a thick glove), push the actuator rod (Shiny metal rod with a black plastic tip at the end that you just disconnected) back toward the line. Keeping your hand on the rod, have a helper gently push the clutch pedal. Then push the rod in again. Repeat this 10-15 times. Then get in the truck (engine off) and Push in the clutch, then side step it so it shoots back. Repeat this another 10-15 times.

If you still have issues, you can get a new clutch master cylinder with a new line, new reservoir and new actuator all pre-assembled and pre-bled from any ford dealer for around $120.
