The answer depends on your time period of interest.
In geologic time, they will all be buried and made part of the earth. On time scales shorter than that, they will suffer the same fate as other artifacts of civilization. They will go obsolete and eventually disappear from mainstream life. A few will remain in collections, the rest will be incinerated or buried or recycled to some other use. Some will be made into art objects.
