Can Adult Rabbits(3-6 Months Of Age) Drink KMR?

My rabbit, 2yr rabbit, takes a long time to feed her young(6, 3 day yr old rabbits). Does she need to eat anything to provide milk? Can she drink KMR?

    Yes, you may use Kitten milk replacer.  Rabbits milk is higher in calories that cats milk, so some sources recommend adding a small amount of cream to KMR.  This site has good information for hand rearing baby rabbits: www.mybunny.org

      If your kits [babies] have a round belly you don't need to feed kmr.
