My Rebuilt Transmission Vibrates, What Could It Be?

I just installed a rebuilt transmission for my 2000 mustang and it has this vibration going on underneath. I want back with a new trans. Mount. I can't figure out what is wrong.

    Hi when you pulled the old trans out did you mark the drive shaft to make sure it went back in at the same position it came out at?if not then try taking the shaft off and rotating it 180 degrees and see if that will help if not you might want to have the shaft balanced. also you have to remember that any thing that is going out that has to do with the drive train such as u-joints rearends and such will vibrate up the driveshaft and make you think it could be something else. anyway do what you can by yourself and if you cant fix it then you might want to take it to a shop.
