According to Advisory Committee on immunization Practices, the second dose of MMR (measles mumps rubella) can be given after 4-6 years of first dose. But there are also reports that it can be given up to the age of 14 years. So minimum gape between two doses is 3 years and maximum 5 years (according to above mentioned committee).
