We Have Joint Custody. He Is Refusing To Pay For Any Trips/etc As I Claim Child Benefit. Any Ideas?
I have three children. 2 are from my first marriage. We have joint custody therefore he never paid any maintenance even though he always earned more than me. He is now refusing to pay for school trips etc saying that I claim child benefit.

Take him to court it isn't fair for you to have to pay for everything. My sister had joint custody with her ex and that is what she did.
