I would really ask a vet in your area, they should answer without a visit. As its a poison i would be careful, the mom and puppies can be wormed at a later date when they are eating their own food.

NO. If you read the box or bottle it comes in, it should say like all of them do not to give it pregnant/lactating bitches or puppies under 6 weeks of age.
