How Do I Make A Comment Or Rate An Answer?
Twice now I have asked a question and gotten an answer. Both times I tried to rate the answer but when I click on rate answer it does nothing. Same with making a comment, one time it worked next time it didn't. What am I doing wrong?

It happens when the web page is either opened partially or breaks before completion. Check at the right bottom of the status bar, it should be written 'Done' there.
The solution is to refresh the web page and when it is fully loaded, rate the answer and leave the comment. There will be no problem.
