What Does Too Much Sleep Do To Your Body?
For the past almost 3 days my boyfriend has been sleeping constantly and i told him that it cannot be healthy for his body as far as i know. So how does oversleeping affect the human body?

It is the opposite. Sleeping is a way for the body to repair itself. I suggest he go to the doctor for some bloodwork. Anytime you notice major changes with your body, you should consult a professional.

Makes ur body lazy and too used to the process of sleeping. Try getting max 10 hours sleep, no greater. Gl
