3.The third album recorded by country singer Shania Twain, “Come On Over” became the best-selling country music album ever released by a female artist, and one of the best selling albums of the 1990s. The album is currently marked at 20 times platinum, according to the RIAA.
4.From “Piano Man” to “Uptown Girl” and back again, Billy Joel’s “Greatest Hits Vol. I and II” places him at #6 on the all-time list, marked at 21 times platinum with a total sale of 21.5 million.
