 We Have Notified Our Landlord Of Electrical And Plumbing Problems, Both Verbally And By Certified Letter. He Will Not Respond (No Repairs ). We Have Five Months Left On Our Lease, Is It Possible To Get Out Of The Lease? |
| We have repeatedly asked (verbally. Email and certified letter) our landlord to fix electrical, plumbing and now a leaky roof. He responds with I will be there tomorrow. He never shows. None of these problems have occurred due to our negligence. I would like to know whats are rights are concerning terminating the lease. |

I have watched court shows that people have gotten out of their lease because of unlivable conditions. Tell him you will leave if he does not repair your place, if he hollers tell him that he is in breach of contract by not providing you these services.
