3 days is not always an accurate time frame...it depends on length of use, amount of use, frequency of use, personal metabolism and excretion rate.  Higher doses increase detection time, use patterns also increase detection time, 1 time per week, and a small amount may be untraceable in 3-4 days, but using 3-4 times per week and a high dosage may stay for a considerable amount longer.  Also, body mass and fluid intake are a major part in detection.  Skinny people remove the toxins faster than heavier people.  Remember cocaine and its major metabolite are both very water soluble, water up for a few days before the test, urinate frequently, never give the first urine of the day being as it has the highest concentration of drugs and metabolites from sleeping and not emptying your bladder.  Time is the only thing that will clear the metabolites from your body, but you can influence the concentration of the drugs if you increase fluid intake, and urinate frequently.  Exercise alot, makes you sweat and increases metabolic rate.  A lazy user will retain metabolites longer than someone who is in shape.  Day of urine test, be lazy as you dont want to let metabolism work against you.
